Custom Grinding & Blending

Grinding is where volatile oil is lost, and heat is the reason. Conventional milling raises the temperature of the material enough to drive off the aromatics that a buyer is paying for; cryogenic grinding keeps it down, at a cost. Which one is right depends on the product and the application, and we will say so.

Blending runs to the customer’s recipe under confidentiality, or to a standard Indian formulation where the buyer would rather not develop one. Colour and pungency are held inside a stated tolerance and reported per lot.
