Cassia Cinnamon

Cassia and true cinnamon are different species with different coumarin levels, and some destination markets regulate the difference. We describe what we ship as cassia, because that is what it is. A supplier who lets “cinnamon” stand unqualified on an EU-bound invoice is creating a problem for the buyer, not avoiding one.
