Cumin Powder

Cumin loses volatile oil quickly once ground, so grinding date matters as much as origin. We mill against the order rather than from stock and state the volatile oil figure on the certificate of analysis.

• Mesh: 60 standard.
• Volatile oil: 1.5% minimum, measured after grinding.
• Grinding date: cumin loses oil quickly once milled.
• Total ash and acid-insoluble ash.
• Moisture on the packed lot.
